Rental of the premises
Purpose
The exclusive rental of Rabarè allows the client to use the interior spaces for private events, meetings, tastings, parties, and other events compatible with the restaurant's operations.
The rental includes use of the agreed-upon spaces, the required staff, and the services described in the personalized quote.
Space Availability
The usable spaces, their configuration, and maximum capacity (up to 70 people) are determined with the client during the quote process.
The layout of tables, seating, and standing areas can be adapted to meet service and safety requirements.
Types of Events Allowed

Private events are allowed, such as:

parties and special occasions

dinners and aperitifs
-
guided tastings
-
corporate events and team building
-
presentations, small talks, and workshops
Not permitted:

DJ sets or events with loud music
-
activities that disturb the public peace or are incompatible with the restaurant's setting
Food & Beverage Offer
The F&B service is tailored through dedicated packages or personalized proposals. Any specific requests (allergies, special menus, themed corners, etc.) must be communicated in advance and confirmed by the venue.
No outside food or beverages are permitted without prior agreement.
Quotation and Confirmation
Each event requires:
preparation of a personalized estimate
written acceptance by the client
payment of a deposit (amount specified in the estimate) to confirm the reservation
Without confirmation and a deposit, the date cannot be considered reserved.
Payments
Rental of the entire venue requires a deposit, the amount of which will be agreed upon and communicated to the client during the quote process.
The deposit may be refunded at the end of the event or, at the client's request, it may be applied as a deposit towards the event total, with the balance due at the end of the evening.
Any drinks or additional services requested during the event will be included in the final balance.

Booking Changes
Any changes regarding:

Additional services
must be agreed upon at least 3 days before the event.
Significant changes may result in an update to the quote.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of late cancellations (within 3 days of the event), an additional €500 fee may be charged for expenses incurred or lost earnings.
Times
Event times are agreed upon with the guest and may vary depending on the day of the week and the restaurant's needs.
The event must comply with current regulations regarding public disturbance and peace.
Safety and Responsibility
The guest is responsible for the behavior of guests and the proper use of the space.
Any damage to structures, furnishings, or equipment will be charged to the event manager.
The venue is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged personal items.
External Setups and Services
Settings, decorations, musicians, photographers, and external services may only be brought in by prior arrangement with the venue.
Materials or installations incompatible with the space will be rejected.
Use of photos and content during the event
Photo and video content may be created during the event for Rabarè's communication channels.
Guests may opt out upon arrival.
