Deposit Payment Methods

The deposit can be paid:

• By bank transfer, using the following details:

Reason: Rental deposit for event on dd/mm/yyyy

 

• By Satispay or credit/debit card.

The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

Deposit Refund
Unless used as a deposit, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer at the end of the event, subject to an inspection of the condition of the spaces and any additional costs.
Rabarè reserves the right to refund the deposit within 3 business days if additional checks are necessary.

Total or Partial Withholding
Rabarè may withhold the deposit in whole or in part in the following cases:

• Damage found in the spaces or equipment;

• Extraordinary cleaning required;

• Failure to adhere to the agreed upon times;

• Unpaid drinks or services;

• Technical interventions or repairs required due to improper use of the spaces;

• Violation of the event's Terms and Conditions. All terms and conditions are available at the following link.

If the withheld amount exceeds the deposit paid, the customer agrees to pay the difference within 5 days.

 

Use as a deposit
At the customer's request, the deposit may be used as a deposit.

In this case:

• The amount will not be refunded,

• and will be deducted from the total amount due at the end of the event.

Penalties and Liability
Use of the deposit does not preclude Rabarè from requesting additional amounts to cover damages, repairs, or lost revenues that cannot be offset by the deposit itself.
