Experiences are the very essence of Rabarè—a harmonious blend of colors, flavors, and emotions crafted from plate to glass. Everything is presented in small portions, designed to entertain, enhance the tasting journey, and share stories of exceptional ingredients. We draw inspiration from seasonality and infuse what we’ve tasted, observed, and studied into each creation, bringing it to life on the plate and in the glass.

 

Our experiences feature up to nine tastings, thoughtfully curated to combine snacks and drinks. Some highlight a wine or no/lo (non-alcoholic) flight, others focus on a single ingredient, while some draw inspiration from childhood memories or the places that have shaped our growth and learning.

 

Leavened and baked goods play an integral role in these experiences, complementing, enhancing, and concluding each tasting moment.
