Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in events organized by Rabarè, including but not limited to: themed dinners, tastings, workshops, special evenings, seasonal events, and initiatives with limited seating.

Reservations and Advance Sales

Participation in the event is guaranteed only if:

• Reservations are made through official channels (website, email, partner platforms);

• Payment of the advance sales fee, when applicable.

Advance sales are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified for the event.

Payments

• The participation fee may include an advance payment (pre-purchase or advance sales) and a final balance at the end of the experience.

• Any additional drinks or services will be included in the final bill.

• Prices indicated in official communications and materials include VAT unless otherwise specified.

Booking Changes

Any changes to:

• number of participants,

• dietary requirements,

• scheduling,

must be communicated in advance (at least 24 hours before the event), where possible.

Rabarè will do its best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee their feasibility after preparations have been completed.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the event or a no-show, the booking fee is non-refundable.
For special events, including national holidays and themed evenings (e.g., Christmas, New Year's Eve, or special events), the booking fee may be non-refundable regardless of the notice period, at Rabarè's discretion.

Event Schedule

• Rabarè reserves the right to modify the event schedule, program, or operating procedures in the event of organizational needs or force majeure.

• In the event of cancellation by Rabarè, the advance booking fee will be refunded in full or converted into a voucher, at the customer's discretion.

• The experience takes place in the restaurant's spaces, subject to availability and the most appropriate configuration for the event.

Rules of Conduct

Participants are required to:

• maintain proper and respectful behavior towards staff and other guests;

• use the spaces and equipment with care.

Rabarè reserves the right to remove participants who exhibit disruptive behavior or behavior that is incompatible with the evening's schedule.

Safety and Liability

• Rabarè is not responsible for items lost, forgotten, or damaged inside the venue.

• Any damage to structures, equipment, or furnishings will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.

Use of Photos and Content During the Event

Photo and video content may be created during the event for use on Rabarè's communication channels.
The customer may refuse to accept this upon arrival.

Force Majeure

In the event that the event cannot be held due to reasons beyond the organizer's control (e.g., service interruptions, extreme weather conditions, ordinances, illness, technical problems), Rabarè reserves the right to:

• reschedule the event,

• replace it with a voucher,

• refund the advance booking fee.

Under no circumstances will further compensation be provided.
